Covent Garden & The Strand – This town has many stores, hotels, and theaters. As such the Strand, a wide road that goes toward the City from Trafalgar Square is always packed full of visitors and automobiles. Covent garden leads of the Strand and is filled with cafes, bars and street entertainers (magicians, dancers, mime artists, etc.).

Kensington – You will find yourself right at the gates of Kensington Palace and in just the right location for not only shopping but for looking for members of the royalty. If you have your heart set on viewing a royal while you are in London, this town is the best place to do so. And, if you do not catch a glimpse of one, you will still undoubtedly get many awesome pictures.

Oxford Circus & Piccadilly Circus – Millions of tourists visit these extremely famous areas every year. Piccadilly Circus is not a very clean place, and it is very crowded, but it is an area where people often meet one another because it is the middle part of London’s West End. If you’re looking to go to Oxford Street to visit the major shopping area in London, Oxford Circus is the ideal route to take.

Soho & Leicester Square – Soho is a very lively London town where you are sure to find excellent bars and fabulous eateries. Leicester Square, situated adjacent to Soho, is well known for the UK films that premier there. Be sure to take your camera and autograph book along as there are often movie and TV stars who frequent these areas.

Westminster – This is the town out of which the UK government operates, and you can also find the popular Westminster Abbey here. Grand, important buildings can be seen from every street corner and you cannot help but feel the rich history that surrounds you. Taking a stroll on the streets of Westminster is akin to going back to when the United Kingdom was at its glorious best.
